Mi Via is a Medicaid Waiver program that allows individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to direct their own services with the guidance of others.
What services does Thrive NM provide on MiVia?
Thrive NM is a registered vendor for In Home Living Supports. While we do not offer day habilitation or community services, we provide Thrive NM activities as an added benefit exclusively for our In Home participants.
What is Mi Via In Home Living Supports?
In Home Living Supports are individually designed services and/or supports that allow participants to live in his/her home as independently as possible with the support of a paid caregiver. Services are individually designed to instruct or enhance home living skills as well as promote health and safety.
Which areas does Thrive NM serve?
Thrive NM provides supports to the entire state of New Mexico. From Farmington to Las Cruces, Gallup to Portales and everywhere in between.
